Nova Post integrations
The ODOO system is now seamlessly integrated with Nova Poshta services through an API. This integration enables customers to conveniently place orders directly on the website and select Nova Poshta for delivery. Once an order is placed, the ODOO system automatically processes it and forwards the necessary details to Nova Poshta, ensuring efficient delivery and receipt of the Declaration.

Product purchase and shipping selection
Choosing a payment method
The buyer can choose one of two payment options: prepayment or payment upon receipt at the branch
Formation of a sales order:
The system generates a sales order for the customer in the Odoo backend.
Checking the availability of goods
The administrator checks the availability of the product in the warehouse.
Confirmation of the purchase:
The administrator confirms the purchase if the product is in stock.
Receiving a declaration from Nova Poshta
The system connects to the Nova Poshta API and receives the generated declaration to be sent with the goods in PDF format.
Entering dimensional data:
Product dimensions (weight, volume) are correctly entered into the system.
Updating the sales order status in Delivery:
The system automatically updates the Delivery status of the sales order to “paid” after receiving a notification from Nova Poshta about the receipt of the products by the customer, if the customer has chosen the “post payment at the branch” payment option
The system automatically updates the Delivery status of the sales order to “Received” after receiving a notification from Nova Poshta about the receipt of the products by the customer if the customer has chosen the “prepayment” payment method
The system automatically updates the Delivery status of the sales order to “Not picked up by the customer” after receiving a notification from Nova Poshta that the products have not been picked up by the customer.
